Support for digital orders
If your purchased digital file is unavailable, broken or materially different from its description, contact us with the order number so we can provide access, repair the file or review a refund request.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have in your country.
To request help, email souzaevera@gmail.com and include your order ID and purchase email. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method, subject to Stripe/bank processing timelines.
